A Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) and Yoga Teacher specializing in accessible, individualized yoga for people living with Parkinson’s. With experience in healthcare, one-on-one, and community settings, they design each session to support mobility, balance, strength, flexibility, breathing, and overall well-being. Whether working one-on-one or in small groups, they aim to help individuals feel more confident in their bodies, improve daily function, and enjoy movement in a safe, supportive environment. In-person and virtual sessions are available across the Greater Toronto Area.

Area of Expertise

Laura has experience supporting people living with Parkinson’s disease through both group and one-on-one Yoga Therapy sessions. As a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT), she provides individualized, person-centered care focused on improving balance, mobility, strength, flexibility, posture, breathing, and confidence in movement.

Laura’s father lived with Parkinson’s disease, and accompanying him throughout his journey gave her a meaningful understanding of the daily challenges faced by individuals and their families. His journey continues to inspire her commitment to providing compassionate, individualized care that supports not only physical well-being but also confidence, resilience, and connection.
