Care FinderDiagnostic Imaginings Diagnostic Imaginings Categories Care Partner Groups Early Onset Parkinson's Newly Diagnosed Parkinson's and Care Partners Groups People with Parkinson's Groups Specialty Groups Description Diagnostic Imaginings brings together people touched by Parkinson’s with musicians and dancers through creative processes based on the lived experiences of people with Parkinson’s and scientific research. Members of the community, including people living with Parkinson’s, loved ones, support workers, clinicians and researchers, are invited to take part in an artistic process based on their experiences with Parkinson’s. This process will be guided by artists Louise Campbell, Naila Kuhlmann and Rebecca Barnstaple with the aim of fostering creativity and well-being through arts participation, cultivating meaningful relationships between the artists and community members and facilitating knowledge and understanding of Parkinson’s in the wider Canadian public through artworks emerging from this project.
