Parkinson Canada membership Role of members Members are individuals who meet the membership criteria as outlined on this form and who value and support the mission and values of Parkinson Canada. Members are entitled to attend the Annual General Meeting to hear reports on the work of Parkinson Canada, to receive the annual financial statements and to vote on matters put forward for approval, including the appointment of auditors, the appointment of board directors and other special business requiring approval of members. Members are eligible by being part of these groups: Board of Directors, Board Committee Member, Parkinson Advisory Council. Administration Applications for membership to Parkinson Canada Inc., (Parkinson Canada) must be submitted to the Parkinson Canada Secretary and reviewed and approved by the Board of Directors. Voting is extended to members whose application is received and approved at least 30 days prior to a meeting of members. Please complete the online form.
