Determine if KAATSU effects tremors in those living with Parkinson's

We are recruiting individuals living with Parkinson’s to participate in a research study examining how blood flow restriction (BFR) influences tremor severity. BFR is a rehabilitation technique that involves applying a specialized cuff to the limb to partially restrict blood flow during controlled testing. This study will help us better understand how tremor responds under different physiological conditions, with the goal of improving future rehabilitation strategies for people with Parkinson’s. Participation involves three visits to the Concordia University Loyola Campus in NDG, Montreal, where tremor assessments will be conducted in a supervised research setting.
