Corporate partnerships

Parkinson Canada offers many ways for corporate partners to be involved – from team bonding/volunteer opportunities at our many large events to storytelling campaigns, we will work together to design a partnership that brings your brand to life in meaningful, inspiring, and measurable ways.

By partnering with Parkinson Canada, your organization becomes a co-creator of impact that is realized by:

  • Building and connecting communities via our many events across Canada
  • Empowering people living with Parkinson’s and their care partners to live courageously via webinars, resource materials, and education
  • Enabling innovative research that focuses on the causes, progression and treatment of Parkinson’s via awarded grants and the connection of the Canadian research ecosystem

When you work with us, you are much more than a sponsor. You are a partner on a shared journey, developing new solutions for a future where no one is limited by Parkinson’s.

How you can make an impact

From walks to cycling to education and beyond, we host events in communities where your clients, customers, and employees live, work, and play. These events not only raise critical funds that fuel our work but, as importantly, offer points of connection for people living with Parkinson’s and their caregivers to share lived experiences and build connections with others.

We offer many ways for our corporate partners to get involved with these events via sponsorship, demonstration, and digital storytelling.

At Parkinson Canada, helping people live a life without boundaries is what we do. This is a powerful cause to rally behind and a great way to show your employees that you support what matters to them.

There are several ways for your team members to make an impact – and we can help your organization facilitate this.

Payroll deductions

An easy way to support Parkinson Canada year-round is through payroll giving. Spreading donations across paycheques makes giving simple, helps at tax time, and provides steady funding for care and research. Check here to see if your organization is enrolled.

Volunteer at our events

Joining as a corporate volunteer group is a rewarding way to give back. It’s a fun team-building activity that strengthens connections, boosts morale, and improves employee engagement and retention. Contact us to learn how your team can volunteer with us.

Corporate matching

Employees can double their impact with matching gifts. Many employers match employee, retiree, or spousal donations, and even companies without formal programs may still match staff contributions. Check here to see if your company is enrolled.

At Parkinson Canada, we work hard every day to develop initiatives that will empower and inspire people living with Parkinson’s and their care partners to thrive and live courageously.

By fueling the many initiatives that Parkinson Canada delivers, our corporate partners see their support come to life in powerful ways. There are many opportunities to engage with these programs!

Did you know that almost half of the cases of Parkinson’s are in women, at all ages and stages –  yet nearly all of the research is on men?

We have a suite of initiatives focused on women ready to launch in 2026, and with your company’s support, we can step-change support for women living with Parkinson’s. Our objectives are to:

  • Increase awareness of women living with Parkinson’s and the unique challenges they face
  • Reduce stigma in the healthcare system and amongst the general population
  • Enable much-needed research for women living with Parkinson’s

Each partnership is as unique as the company behind it. We want to learn about your values, strategic priorities, pain points, and overall objectives in order to present a mutually beneficial proposal that will:

  • Amplify your brand
  • Engage your clients, customers and employees
  • Help people living with Parkinson’s and their care partners live courageously

Hand in hand, we can help people living with Parkinson’s live a life without limits.
