Veeral is a Partner and Chief Investment Officer at JC Clark Ltd, one of Canada’s most successful independent investment firms. Veeral began his career at the Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan as a member of their Fixed Income team, after which he joined JC Clark as a Research Analyst and Trader and has been with the firm for the past 15 years. Today, he manages two of the firm’s equity-based strategies, The Opportunity Fund and the US Equity Fund, with collective assets over $100 million.

Veeral has a Bachelor of Business Administration (Honours) degree from Wilfrid Laurier University and is a CFA Charter holder.

Veeral served as a member of the Advisory Board for The Parkinson Society of Central & Northern Ontario from 2014 to 2015. Parkinson’s is a cause Veeral is quite passionate about as his grandfather lived with the disease before passing away in 2015.
