These are just a few testimonials from Dancing with Parkinson’s (DWP) participants – an innovative research-backed dance and movement program specifically designed for people living with Parkinson’s disease.
Since 2008, Dancing with Parkinson’s (DWP) has been bringing people living with PD out of isolation and welcoming them into an artistic community where they can dance and connect with others. For those who join us at an in-person location, from the comfort of their home or from their assisted living environment, DWP provides participants with opportunities to create connections, mitigate the effects of social isolation, and remain active through creative self-expression.
