Marlin is a Senior Director at Westcap Mgt. Ltd and a chartered accountant (CPA) with more than 20 years of experience. He has expertise in sourcing capital, sourcing deals, negotiation and developing corporate strategy.

Marlin also works with and sits on various other private and public sector boards. In some cases, Marlin fills in, on an interim basis, for various senior management positions. Currently, he serves as interim CFO for one of Westcap’s portfolio of companies.

Marlin applied his creative and strategic planning skills as chair of the steering committee during the Parkinson Canada Council Federation Review and has board governance experience having served as Chair of the board of directors of Parkinson Society Saskatchewan and Lakeview Church. He lives in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.
