Moves classes, both introductory and advanced. Introductory classes Every Monday from June 6 to July 25 and August 8 to October 10 2 – 3 p.m. EST Difficulty: Gentle/moderate Equipment required: Yoga block, two scarves, pool noodle (cut in two parts) Advanced classes Every Wednesday from June 8 to July 27 and August 10 to October 12 1 – 2 p.m. EST Difficulty: Moderate/vigorous Equipment required: Yoga block, two scarves, pool noodle (cut in two parts), yoga mat and hand weights Register for classes To learn more and register, email Erin O’Brien or visit WiseMoves Kingston and complete the contact form.
