Diagnosed at age 36, she brings both lived experience and a background in leadership, stakeholder engagement, and organizational transformation to her advocacy work.<br><br>Jessica serves as a Board Director with the Parkinson Association of Alberta (PAA). She is passionate about amplifying the voices of people living with Parkinson\u2019s, increasing awareness, reducing stigma, and fostering hope and resilience for individuals and families affected by the disease.<br><br>Professionally, Jessica is the founder of The Art of Change, a consulting practice that supports organizations through strategy development, facilitation, and change initiatives. She predominantly works alongside local governments, credit unions, co-operatives, and not-for-profit organizations.<br><br>Beyond her professional experience, Jessica enjoys yoga, gardening, and spending time outdoors with her three children. Elle se passionne pour la mise en avant de la voix des personnes atteintes de la maladie de Parkinson, la sensibilisation du public, la r\u00e9duction de la stigmatisation et la promotion de l\u2019espoir et de la r\u00e9silience chez les personnes et les familles touch\u00e9es par la maladie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sur le plan professionnel, Jessica est la fondatrice de The Art of Change, un cabinet de conseil qui accompagne les organisations dans l\u2019\u00e9laboration de strat\u00e9gies, la facilitation et les initiatives de changement. Elle travaille principalement avec les collectivit\u00e9s locales, les coop\u00e9ratives de cr\u00e9dit, les coop\u00e9ratives et les organisations \u00e0 but non lucratif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au-del\u00e0 de son exp\u00e9rience professionnelle, Jessica aime le yoga, le jardinage et passer du temps en plein air avec ses trois enfants.
