She is also a program designer and Instructor with the University of Toronto\u2019s Non-Profit Leadership for Impact Certificate program, where she fulfils her passion for supporting the professional development of the sector\u2019s emerging leaders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sharon\u2019s professional experience over the past 25+ years includes serving in executive leadership roles of several national charitable organizations, including as CEO of Prince\u2019s Trust Canada; President and CEO of Kids Help Phone; CEO of the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation; and Executive Director of Crossroads International. Throughout these roles she led significant developments in governance, strategy, innovation, funding, and partnerships, as well as Imagine Canada Standards Program accreditation processes. Sharon currently serves as a Board Director on several other national and provincial bodies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sharon holds a Masters in Adult Education from OISE\/UT and is an alumnus of the Community Shift program at Ivey School of Business and the Strategic Perspectives in Non-Profit Management program at Harvard Business School.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Supporting Parkinson\u2019s is important to Sharon, as her grandmother passed away from the disease and as she is a family care partner for her mother, who is living with Parkinson\u2019s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer is-style-responsive-xsmall\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer is-style-responsive-xsmall\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Sharon est une dirigeante et une consultante accomplie dans le domaine de l&rsquo;impact social, qui aide les organisations \u00e0 but non lucratif \u00e0 accro\u00eetre leur impact, en mettant l&rsquo;accent sur la planification strat\u00e9gique, la gouvernance, la formation au d\u00e9veloppement du leadership et le soutien aux cadres int\u00e9rimaires. Elle est \u00e9galement conceptrice de programmes et formatrice dans le cadre du programme Non-Profit Leadership for Impact Certificate de l&rsquo;Universit\u00e9 de Toronto, o\u00f9 elle assouvit sa passion pour le d\u00e9veloppement professionnel des leaders \u00e9mergents du secteur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au cours des 25 derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, Sharon a occup\u00e9 des postes de direction au sein de plusieurs organisations caritatives nationales, notamment en tant que PDG du Prince&rsquo;s Trust Canada, pr\u00e9sidente et PDG de Jeunesse, J&rsquo;\u00e9coute, PDG de la Fondation canadienne du cancer du sein et directrice g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de Crossroads International. Dans le cadre de ces fonctions, elle a men\u00e9 des d\u00e9veloppements importants en mati\u00e8re de gouvernance, de strat\u00e9gie, d&rsquo;innovation, de financement et de partenariats, ainsi que des processus d&rsquo;accr\u00e9ditation du programme de normalisation Imagine Canada.
