His interdisciplinary experiences in the United States and Canada as a clinician, researcher, professor, and senior administrator inform his approach toward fostering inclusive cultures in academia and the non-profit sector to promote innovations that improve health and healthcare delivery. Translating research advances to improve healthcare requires navigating barriers and tailoring iteratively customized solutions to sustainably address healthcare needs and challenges in public health. Ses exp\u00e9riences interdisciplinaires aux \u00c9tats-Unis et au Canada en tant que clinicien, chercheur, professeur et administrateur principal \u00e9clairent son approche de la promotion de cultures inclusives dans le monde universitaire et le secteur \u00e0 but non lucratif afin de promouvoir les innovations qui am\u00e9liorent la sant\u00e9 et la prestation des soins de sant\u00e9. L&rsquo;application des progr\u00e8s de la recherche \u00e0 l&rsquo;am\u00e9lioration des soins de sant\u00e9 n\u00e9cessite de surmonter les obstacles et d&rsquo;\u00e9laborer des solutions it\u00e9ratives et personnalis\u00e9es pour r\u00e9pondre durablement aux besoins et aux d\u00e9fis en mati\u00e8re de sant\u00e9 publique.
