She holds the Krembil Family Chair in Neurology, is the professor of neurology at the University of Toronto and is the associate director of the Movement Disorders Clinic at Toronto Western Hospital. <abbr title=\"Doctor\">Dr.<\/abbr> Fox is also the chair-elect of the Pan-American section of the International Parkinson and Movement Disorder Society (MDS). She has served on committees, grant review, and advisory boards for MDS, National Institutes of Health, Canadian Institutes of Health Research, Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson Research, and Dystonia Medical Research Foundation, among others.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><abbr title=\"Doctor\">Dr.<\/abbr> Fox has over 20 years&rsquo; experience in preclinical models of Parkinson\u2019s and translational studies of novel pharmacological therapies for Parkinson\u2019s and other movement disorders, such as dystonia. She has published over 170 peer-reviewed papers, reviews and book chapters in the field and is a regular speaker at national and international conferences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer is-style-responsive-xsmall\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer is-style-responsive-xsmall\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Dr Susan Fox MB, ChB, MRCP(UK), PhD, est \u00e0 la t\u00eate de la division de neurologie de l&rsquo;University Health Network et du Sinai Health System. Fox Foundation for Parkinson Research et la Dystonia Medical Research Foundation, entre autres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le Dr Fox a plus de 20 ans d&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience dans les mod\u00e8les pr\u00e9cliniques de la maladie de Parkinson et les \u00e9tudes translationnelles de nouvelles th\u00e9rapies pharmacologiques pour la maladie de Parkinson et d&rsquo;autres troubles du mouvement, tels que la dystonie.
