Pour les personnes atteintes de la maladie de Parkinson, c&rsquo;est l&rsquo;un des outils les plus importants pour bien vivre.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La recherche montre qu&rsquo;une activit\u00e9 physique r\u00e9guli\u00e8re peut :  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Aider \u00e0 g\u00e9rer les sympt\u00f4mes moteurs et non moteurs  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Am\u00e9liorer la force, l&rsquo;\u00e9quilibre, l&rsquo;humeur et la mobilit\u00e9  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ralentir potentiellement la progression de la maladie de Parkinson1<sup>,2,3,4<\/sup> <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer is-style-responsive-small\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group has-ice-blue-background-color has-background is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Exercice ou activit\u00e9 physique<\/strong> <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;<strong>exercice<\/strong> est un mouvement planifi\u00e9 et structur\u00e9, comme un cours de fitness ou de musculation.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;<strong>activit\u00e9 physique<\/strong> est tout mouvement qui fait bouger votre corps, comme jardiner, promener le chien ou danser dans la cuisine.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les deux sont importants. Ces recommandations visent \u00e0 favoriser des programmes d&rsquo;exercices s\u00fbrs, efficaces et structur\u00e9s.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les recommandations pr\u00e9cisent la fr\u00e9quence et l&rsquo;intensit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;exercice, ainsi que des conseils sur la dur\u00e9e, les types de mouvements et la mani\u00e8re de progresser en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9 au fil du temps. Les recommandations sont disponibles en plusieurs langues.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il est important de noter que tout mouvement est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable \u00e0 l&rsquo;absence de mouvement.
