This April, take action and help make a difference.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Parkinson\u2019s is currently the fastest-growing neurological condition in the world1,2,3,<\/sup> yet it is too often misunderstood. By increasing awareness, we can challenge perceptions, advocate for better care, and support groundbreaking research. Together, we can create a future where those living with Parkinson\u2019s and their care partners have the tools, support, and hope they need to thrive.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

April 11 is Parkinson’s Awareness Day.<\/strong> <\/h4>\n\n\n\n

This is a moment to pause, reflect and shine a spotlight on the realities of living with Parkinson’s. It’s an important day to be seen and heard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But Parkinson’s doesn’t exist for just one day.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

For more than 120,000 Canadians living with Parkinson’s, the challenges don’t pause on April 11. Awareness can’t be confined to a single date on the calendar. April 11 is a powerful catalyst, but meaningful change happens when we continue the conversation, push for better access to care, and work together to remove barriers every day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
