Rock Steady Boxing is an exercise program designed specifically for those with Parkinson&rsquo;s, and participants often report a better quality of life as they become stronger, faster, and more agile in their daily activities. We also offer a free trial period so each person can determine whether the program is a good fit for them.<\/p>\n<h2>Area of Expertise<\/h2>\n<p>I have worked with clients living with Parkinson&rsquo;s disease since 2013. In 2016, I founded Rock Steady Boxing Niagara, where I serve as head coach.
