These workshops use creative practice as a gentle way to support emotional expression, connection, and wellbeing.<\/p>\n<h2>Area of Expertise<\/h2>\n<p>My background is in visual arts from the Academy of Fine Arts of Brera in Milan, where the artistic tradition is deeply connected to the idea of the \u201cwounded healer,\u201d inspired by the myth of Chiron. This perspective views creative practice as a way to transform vulnerability and lived experience into meaningful expression.<br \/>\nThrough accessible materials such as paper, drawing, and sculptural processes, participants are invited to explore gesture, movement, and imagination.
