Leeper Speech and Hearing Clinic is affiliated with the School of Communication Sciences and Disorders at Western University. The clinic is also a teaching clinic for student clinicians enrolled at Western University. Services may be delivered solely by the clinicians (speech-language pathologist or audiologist) or with involvement from supervised student clinicians.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The clinic is fee-for-service. For individuals demonstrating financial hardship, they may be eligible for a reduction in fees through our Fee Adjustment Program. An application must be submitted with financial documentation. Please contact us for details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) services include assessment and intervention for communication and swallowing disorders, including the Lee Silverman Voice Treatment (LSVT) LOUD program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Audiology services include hearing assessments, fitting and dispensing of hearing aids and assistive listening devices, and tinnitus assessment and management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You do not need a referral to come to our clinic. We accept self-referrals, as well as referrals from health care professionals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Area of Expertise <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Our clinicians have had experience with individuals with Parkinson\u2019s Disease, with an average experience of 5-10 years.
