We specialize in adaptive exercise, long-term mobility support, and community-based programs that promote strength, balance, confidence, and independence. Our approach bridges clinical care and ongoing movement, providing accessible, safe, and empowering programs designed to support lifelong physical activity and neurological health.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Area of Expertise<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>I am a Registered Kinesiologist with additional qualifications as a Performance Stretch Therapist and Mental Performance Mastery Coach.
