The classes are currently designed for care partners. If there is enough interest, a class for people living with Parkinson\u2019s can be created and offered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The music playlist includes Merengue, Salsa, Cumbia, Reggaeton, International, Pop, Retro, Hip Hop, Reggae.&nbsp; We walk through the choreography for songs newly added to the playlist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Area of Expertise<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Cathy, the Zumba Instructor, is a Certified Personal Training Specialist, Certified Fitness Instructor Specialist and Certified Zumba, Zumba Gold, Zumba Kids and Aqua Zumba Instructor.&nbsp; Cathy currently teaches various fitness classes with the City of Toronto Parks and Recreation division.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Three of Cathy&rsquo;s extended family members have Parkinson\u2019s Disease.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to Register<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Online<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Description Zumba on Zoom offers online Zumba Dance Fitness classes, over the Zoom platform.
