Our dance classes are inspired and shaped by the stories, music and choreography in ballets including The Nutcracker, Swan Lake and Don Quixote!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Join us Monday mornings for our seated dance class and Tuesday and Thursday evenings for our Stretch &amp; Relaxation class, featuring The Franklin Method\u00ae.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are proud to be the first classical ballet program in Canada to offer Dance for Parkinson&rsquo;s.
