I have experience helping individuals develop movement and fitness regimens that are effective, appropriate, and enjoyable. I support people in increasing balance, reducing tremors and stiffness, enhancing strength, decreasing pain, and alleviating fatigue. Over time, my sessions help restore confidence, self-esteem, and physical ability. I also assist individuals in improving their sleep quality and achieving deeper rest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I help people return to or establish new activities that bring joy and fulfillment to their lives. I hold a degree in Kinesiology from UBC and am a practicing kinesiologist with the British Columbia Association of Kinesiologists. Additionally, I am certified in advanced shiatsu and attended Ohashi\u2019s Parkinson\u2019s program in Vienna in 2019.
