As certified personal trainers, we have the knowledge and expertise to 100% customize each workout based on the individual, their specific goals and any specific concerns as they arise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Our passion to work with those living with Parkinson\u2019s stems from experience and tremendously impacting results achieved with one specific patient, living with Parkinsonian MSA. Our social media feed show some of this journey, but in brief we found that after only 3 months of working with us, this patient:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 regained lost strength (from being wheelchair-bound to being able to stand up unsupported and climbing stairs)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
