All classes are designed to interconnect rhythmic movements, music, creative expression and social opportunities. Connecting with Dance encourages and supports you as we move through seated and\/or standing exercises designed to activate and ease you from head to toe. All abilities and care partners are welcome. Trellis UP! keeps you UP! on your feet throughout the class as we complete standing exercises designed to further develop your artistry and overall mobility including walking, co-ordination, posture and balance. Opportunities for empowering social interactions before, during and after classes will help to promote self-awareness of positive movement potential, personal well-being and independence. A list of all our classes can be found on the website of The School of Dance. We are happy to connect with you individually to help determine which classes are right for you!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Area of expertise<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As well as having received training under the Dance for PD\u00ae Method, the class instructor has received training in and provided treatment activities specifically for people with Parkinson&rsquo;s Disease under the direction of LSVT Big! and PWR!
