Each session allows for at least 30 min of individual cardio activity, along with a 20 min Parkinson&rsquo;s specific exercise class.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Area of Expertise<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>10 years of working with the Parkinson&rsquo;s exercise program, over 20 years as an exercise therapist working with various chronic diseases.
