Instructor-led, research-backed, high-intensity exercise and boxing programs created to address the specific needs of people with Parkinson&rsquo;s disease.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Area of expertise<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Each and every B4H instructor goes through an intensive training period to become certified to teach the Boxing 4 Health course training. Our instructors are also required to take PD Warrior Level One and PWR!
