Inner Balance Workshop

Discover evidence-based breath, sound and meditation practices for inner wellbeing.

Register for the Ananta Yoga 3-session online program, which offers a simple, research-supported yogic practices designed to help people living with Parkinson’s :

  • Reduce stress and anxiety
  • Calm the nervous system
  • Enhance inner wellbeing

Through gentle breathing exercises, sound yoga, and guided meditation, you’ll learn practical tools to support mental health, emotional stability, relaxation, and inner peace. These methods are easy to integrate into daily life.

Registration fees are $50. Sessions take place April 14, 16 & 18 at 6-7 PM.
