Daphne is co-founder and President of BOARDrx, a firm specializing in not-for-profit board governance and organizational development. She is also Chief Operating Officer of Capital G Consulting, a pension and HR consulting firm. Daphne has more than 40 years of human resources, strategic planning and general business management experience with a focus on organizational development.
She currently serves on the board of Storefront Humber Inc. and is a Past Chair of the Board of the Human Resources Professionals Association and a Past Chair of the Board of the Canadian Council of Human Resources Associations. Daphne is a past board member of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce and the Ontario Workers’ Compensation Board (now WSIB.)

Daphne is the former Vice Chair of the Board of Parkinson Society Canada, where she served as a Director since 2009, chairing both the Governance Committee and the Member Relations Committee.
Daphne is passionate about supporting the work of Parkinson Canada through her personal and professional endeavors, including an annual family giving drive in honour of her late husband Brian who lived with Parkinson’s disease for nineteen years. She lives in Pickering.
