We are currently looking for right-handed, healthy older adults (>49 years old) living in Ontario to participate in our brain imaging study in Music. More specifically, we are looking at (facilitating) effects of auditory rhythm and music on a neurochemical and movement during brain scans. These data will be compared with the data of participants with Parkinson’s disease. Clinical evidence shows that auditory rhythm/music helps to improve their motor functions. However, it is still unknown whether it affects the neurochemical functions.
See flyer for more details.
