Parkinson Canada launching two support groups in Montreal
Montreal, May 15, 2016 – Parkinson Canada is teaming up with the Cummings Centre to offer monthly, English-speaking support group meetings for people with Parkinson's at two Montreal locations. The initial meetings will both be held on June 21, 2016 as follows:
"We are pleased to be able to address the need for support for English-speaking people living with Parkinson's in Montreal," says Danielle Blain, Managing Director, Parkinson Canada in Quebec. "Our Parkinson support groups enable people who are facing similar challenges to share experiences, resources and feelings in a supportive environment. Our goal is to help participants deal positively with this life-changing condition."
