Hamilton Open House - Parkinson Awareness

WHERE: St. Peters Hospital, 88 Maplewood Ave. Hamilton (Auditorium, enter off the parking lot in rear of building)

The Hamilton Chapter Parkinson’s Support group and Parkinson Canada is hosting an open house. The event is in recognition of Parkinson’s Awareness Month (April), and April 11th is World Parkinson’s Awareness Day as well as the anniversary of Dr. James Parkinson’s birthday.

We are pleased to have Nelson Sleno, former Olympian Weightlifter and author of "Shaking Hands" speak at the open house at 11:30 AM
There will be an information library; tulip sale, slide show on Parkinson’s disease, door prize, raffles, refreshments and complimentary mini massages by a registered massage therapist.

The event is being held at St. Peters Hospital, 88 Maplewood Ave. Hamilton, in the Auditorium please enter through doors in the rear of the building off the parking lot.

The event is open to the public.
