CALL TO ACTION: Write to your MP about the release of the National Population Health Study of Neurological Conditions

Findings from the National Population Health Study of Neurological Conditions, which includes research on Parkinson’s disease in 16 of 17 of the Study’s projects, were released on September 11, 2014. As a member of Neurological Health Charities Canada (NHCC), we are excited for the opportunity to review results from this four-year study and gain a more comprehensive understanding of neurological conditions in Canada.

To demonstrate the personal impact results from the Study will have on Canadians affected by neurological conditions, Parkinson Society Canada requests that members of our community write a letter to their local MP, informing officials that Canadians are interested in the Study and are watching to see what the Government of Canada does with the information gained from this research. We ask that you also send a copy of this letter to Rona Ambrose, Minister of Health, NHCC and Parkinson Society Canada. A letter template can be found here.
