| Speak up: Start the conversation about end-of-life care April 12 is National Advance Care Planning Day in Canada. The Canadian Hospice Palliative Care Association and partners have launched a Speak Up campaign, to stress the importance of advance care planning and to remind Canadians to think about and talk about their wishes for end-of-life care.
