Parkinson Society Canada is calling for volunteers to join the PSC National Advocacy Committee. All Committee Members who are non-board members will be appointed for a two year term (2012 – 2014) and renewable for a two year term. Contact information for your Member of Parliament or any member of the federal Cabinet is on the Contact Your Government web page. Join the National Advocacy Network Members of the National Advocacy Network – at least one person for each federal riding across Canada – have made a commitment to get in touch with their Member of Parliament whenever the Parkinson’s community has an important message to share with policy-makers (approximately two to three times a year). The Network is a powerful and effective way to communicate quickly with all MPs. We provide template letters to guide the correspondence. All you have to do is customize the letter and send it to your MP. We need your help.
